Can't Run eLearning Course

Hello everyone,

I need some help with this problem and I don't have any more ideas about
solving it. Recently I purchased an eLearning course from Self Test Software
on CompTIA Security + to prepare for the certification. For the first couple
of weeks it worked fine, I could get in, do a lesson, etc. etc. But for the
last two weeks or so I cannot get past the Part selection page. I select
the section of the course I want to study and a window appears that says
"Loading NETg Learning Studio" but the lesson itself never appears.



Here is what I have done;

- Changed browser from IE to Firefox

- Reinstalled Java (J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 7)

- Contacted tech support for Netg (the site managers for SelfTestSoftware)

He ran the app from his PC at his office using my
credentials but he did not find anything to fix the problem on my PC

I successfully ran the courseware from my wife's PC (on our home network
behind my firewall/router)

- The errors shown below are in the JavaScript Console but what are they
telling me?

My system is running XP with all the current MS updates.



The problem is on my PC, but where? and how do I fix it?
