can't run any .exe or .com program

The exact error message is
"This file does not have a program associated with it for
performing this action. Create an association in the
Folder Options control panel"

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.

If not, you are needing to run all of the programs mentioned here. All of
them, it takes the combo. Good lcuk!
