Can't right click nor download anything............

Running Windows ME with IE6.0, for the last week I have
tried to right click in my browser and it will not show
the menu. It works fine on my desktop and any other
programs, just not in IE. Also when trying to download
anything while getting the box to run or save the only
button that works is cancel. The other two have no
response. I've tried to reinstall IE but it doesn't change
anything. I have swept for virus, trojans and spyware and
have removed anything found. The system is completely
clean. Any suggestions would be great.
