can't restore window size

When I open MS Photo Editor, I can only use it in the maximized screen display. If I hit the Restore button, the whole window disappears (like minimize), then since I can't see any of the window, I can't open it to the size I'd like to work with. This is the only program on my system that is behaving this way. Also, it's the only program that I right click on and can't get to the Restore command. How can I fix this?

got the same kind of prob wen I connect to freeserve, anybocy got any ideas???? this has only started today.
