cant restore to any stable dates

only had this computer since 31st of january 2007 and cant system restore and
have 953 errors in computer and registry can anyone help me fix it? or have

How do you know you have 953 errors on your computer?

If some popup window is telling you this there is at least a 99 and
44/100% probability that they are lieing to you, trying to hoodwink
you into buying some crudware software.

What antivirus software do you have installed?
What antispyware software do you have installed?

Go to http://housecall.trendmicro.com and do their free online scan of
your computer.
