I want to rename my folder. The folder is in Drive C:\Documents and
Settings\hasnanbaaruddin.The folder name should be hasnanbaharuddin.I
mistyped.

Each I tried to rename the folder, another windows will pop up saying
"hasnanbaaruddin is a Windows system folder and is required for Windows to
run properly. It cannot be removed or rename.

My question is there anyway that I can rename the folder or do I have to
reinstall the windows xp again

You can't rename the user folder, but you don't have to reinstall either.
What you can do is create another user with the name you want, then copy the
data and settings from the old account to the new one, then after working in
the new one to know things are ok, delete the old one. After creating the
new profile, you have to login to it at least once, then copy the settings
from the old to the new.

The user profile folders (C:\Documents and Settings\Username)
_cannot_ be renamed, even if the associated user account has been. So,
your best course of action would be to log on using the built-in
Administrator account, create a new user account, with the username
desired. You can then delete the old user account(s).
