Windows Vista can't remove .psp,mp4

hey everyone, new here, please help with this one...
i'm running windows vista home premium, have avg free, 4gb ram, athlon x2 amd and downloaded a movie .psp,mp4 file a while ago and cannot remove it now- i have watched it already but when trying to delete/shred/move it it appears to start doing so but never disappears in the end.

You can use Unlocker to remove almost any file, and it's free : http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/

thanks for that, i've installed it and the assistant is showing but the app won't seem to open

its ok, i right clicked the file i wanted to remove and opened with unlocker and managed to delete thanks,
just out of interest, where's it gone to since it's not in the recycle bin?
