Can't remove program on add or remove for xp

I just wanted to know why i can't uninstall a program. It
just won't remove. TY
 
Please supply an error message or a specific poblem with a specific program.
we can't help with just of the info of "it wont remove".
 
Which program, any spyware. And what error does it give u
while removing it.
