Cant remove it.!

I got the software,. from Microsoft, but the problem is
this "wintools,. and other software keep popping up
everytime I turn on my pc,. even if the IE is closed,... it
open itself,. Im mad,. can somebody give me a hand with
this issue?,.is annoying really.! I cannot work in my PC
anymore..please

Try boot up in safe mode and then run MS Anti-Spyware.

Get HijackThis.exe from
http:/www.tomcoyote.com/hjt/HijackThis.exe

Save it then Open it and SCAN your system then SAVE LOG
and send me the HijackThis log as an attachment. You can
try just copying it and pasting it into a reply but I
might not see it. I should be able to identify the
problem and tell you how to get rid of it for good.
