Can't remove Comet Systems

Whenever I run my spyware program, I always find entries
from comet systems which are considered severe parasites.
when I try to remove it from my program files I receive
an error message saying "Cannot delete dmsserver.exe:
access denied" also that the disk may be full or write
protected. Can I remove this??

Try: CTRL+ALT+DELETE to bring up the Task Manager, select the Process tab,
select dmsserver.exe and click the End Task button. THEN try deleting the
file. If that doesn't work, boot into Safe Mode and try deleting it from
there.

Comet is one of the worst. Check here and use these sites. Especially
spybot and kephyr.
