I slid a note off my outlook window onto desktop which I often do. Problem
is, it picked up the entire body of the note as a "name". When I right click
to delete it, It says to rename it, I try to rename it and it won't rename
cllaiming the name is too long. I've tried "moving it back" to the window it
came from, It won't let me do anything with it - says can't move, delete etc.
that the name is too long. It seems to be affecting my other programs
because Outlook won't shut down unless I do it Manually, but the note stays
on my desktop. Explorer & email problems a bunch because of something
"running" all the time.

Also, How do I get all the stuff that's running in taskbar to quit starting
at all during the start-up.? Using Start, going to the start selection it
only claims 2 items. Office
and the accelerator

I really need an answer to this. Just found your site, so hope SOMEONE can
help?

Lerelei,
You can use the msconfig utility to control item startup. Go Start - Run -
type msconfig - enter or hit OK. This will let you control what you want to
start up automatically.
