I have been unable to reinstall Win XP Pro. When I boot to my CD-Rom Drive
with the Win XP Pro Cd in it, The only message the comes up if (Press any key
to reboot) - What it should say is (Press any key to boot to CD) and it
doesnt. Does anyone know why this is so....?

I have done this many times but this is the first time I have seen this
happen...

although your cdrom could be bad...
check your cd...it may just be a bit dusty

I did but it isnt. It just ask me to hit any key then reboots the system and
when it reboots it back to that same message; Hit any key to reboot.... The
disk has been cleaned and stored and only used twice.... any answer would
appreciate... it

THanks for respond

Are you using a USB Keyboard? If so, either use a serial keyboard or change
the BIOS to enable "USB legacy devices". Refer to your motherboard or
computer documentation on how to gain access to the BIOS.
