Can't recieve mail from Bellsouth

Mr. Wonderful

Can send but can not receive. Here is error message. Name of the e-mail is
"Thanks"

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'Thanks', Account:
'mail.bellsouth.net', Server: '216.132.220.162', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Sorry to disappoint, but that error message is for outgoing messages. Port
25 is sending, port 110 is for receiving.
 
As Dave indicated, the outgoing mail server is wrong.
Instead of '216.132.220.162' use mail.bellsouth.net (same as the
incoming server).
