Can't receive emails

This only started recently but I am unable to receive emails-keep getting
"unknown error 0x80040600" . Using Outlook 2003. If anyone knows what this is
or can tell me how to fix it I would be grateful.

Not sure how to do this but Thanks a lot for the help. It worked and saved
