Can't receive emails that are "reply to"

When I send an email to someone and they reply to it, I never receive the
email. If they send me one directly (i.e. from their address book), I do
receive it.
Is this a configuration problem? Or maybe a problem with my ISP (Verizon
DSL).

Go to Tools-Email accounts, click "View or Change", click Next, highlight
your email account and click "Change". Go to the "More Settings" button, and
on the General tab, check that there is nothing in the "Reply Email" field,
or, if there is, that it is EXACTLY the same as your email address.
