can't receive email in Outlook

In Outlook, have received a message that says : Task
'mail.adelphia.net-receiving' reported error (0x8004210A): 'The operation
timed out waiting for a response from the receiving (POP) server. If you
continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or
Internet service provider (ISP).' Does anyone know what this means? I
don't! I also lost the use of my right click for a short while, and it has
come and gone a few times.

Do you have your Adelphia account configured correctly? If you are scanning
your mail with an antivirus program, disable that feature.
