can't receive email from one sender

I can no longer receive email from a commercial sender. I receieve and send
from everyone else with no problems. the sender says i must have settings
that prevent his email. any suggestions?
 
Could you please provide some information about your version of Outlook and
its configuration (such as POP3 or Exchange email for example)?

In addition to the information requested by Ms. Orland, include as well the
text of any rejections the customer sees.
 
The sender now informs me that the problem is my PC. Apparently, my server
or email is seeing these incoming messages as SPAM. Is there a filter /
setting I can adjust from Outlook? This PC is not linked to others via
office server. I connect to the internet via cable.

Also, my email account is set up as POP3.
