Can't reboot after installing SP2

Hi. I just upgraded my computer with a new motherboard, Dual-Core Processor,
and such. It runs fine, until I try to install SP2. It installs fine, until
I try to reboot, then the computer won't boot into Windows. It WILL boot
into Safe Mode, and allow me to restore it to before I installed SP2, but it
gives me no clue as to why it won't boot into Windows normally.

I checked the topic regarding the BIOS upgrade for certain motherboards, and
flashed the BIOS with the latest update, as well as installed the critical
update for XP that it recommends. Nothing seems to work. The Motherboard is
an MSI P965 Neo.

Anyone have any ideas or seen this before? Thanks for your help. =)
