Can't read incoming email from 1 particular sender

I just got a new computer HP TouchSmart and my father forwards emails to me
and the emails are not readable. It looks like HTML programming. It only
happens when he sends me emails. All others open fine. He has a program
called IncrediMail. Is there an Outlook setting I need to change?
 
You need to tell your father to get a mail program that doesn't munge emails - Incredimail (or as Vanguard calls it - Incredimal) is a poor choice for email. Get him on Thunderbird at least - free and easy to configure. Stop using that POS Incredimail.
