Can't reactivate Scirp Blocking

Hello,

to run a vbs script on my computer I deactivated the checkpoint Script
Blocking.
Now I want to activate it again but nothing happens when I click on Activate
checkpoint.
I run Microsoft AntiSpyware Version: 1.0.615.

Has anyone an idea?

Go to control panel, add or remove programs, Microsoft Antispyware, select
Change, then Update.
 
When you deactivate script blocking, it also deactivates program execution.
Since these two checkpoints are interrelated, you can't reactivate them since
you would have to reactivate two checkpoints at the same time, which isn't
possible.
