Can't Publish anymore using FP98

Recently, it has become more difficult for me to publish my pages. Now I keep
getting a box that says either:

The server has timed out....

or

The server is busy, try again later.

What would cause the pages not to publish and the server to time out? Is it
in FP98?
I am a novice at this so any help is appreciated.

Are you publishing to Unix/Linux Server that has the FP2002 extensions, if yes, then the FP98 client
application is no longer supported, you will have to upgrade to FP2003 or try to find a copy of
FP2000/FP2002 or you will have to switch your host to a Windows IIS web server account.
