In general ,if you can print from other applications, such as one of the
microsoft office applications, the problem will likely be with the
application that you cannot print from.
Occasionally, the printer is not associated with LPT1 for some reason. This
can cause problems with some applications.
You did not bother to give enough details to really do much more than wildy
speculate.
At this point, I'd suggest that your problem is more likely with the
application, rather than windows.

A common suggestion is to uninstall and reinstall the printer driver. (It's
a little to soon to recommend this, since nothing in your message points in
