can't play downloaded musicfiles om windows mediaplayer

when i try to play downloaded music a message box stating "license storage is not working. please contact microsoft support. so what have i done wrong Ken
 
Hey. I'm having this same problem.

Using media player 9. Songs downloaded are totally LEGAL! Now, all my other songs I'm not able to play them. Have been looking for any solution for a week now, but still no luck. No luck with microsoft website too. Anyone with anything? Anything at all? Pls....
