J Judy Gleeson [MVP Outlook] Aug 10, 2006 #2 make it appear by typing that name in the To... field. Use the arrows on keyboard to highlight it and hit Delete.

G Guest Aug 10, 2006 #3 thats exactly how I deleted it, and it worked, but it showed up the next day again. any explanations? I want it out permanently.

J Judy Gleeson [MVP Outlook] Aug 12, 2006 #4 delete it again - maybe there were 2 versions of it. Maybe the system had a glitch.
