can't open PPT presentation

Hi

I am not able to open a ppt presentation sent in a mail as attachment. It
says "power point can't read C:\documents and settings\%username%\local
settings\Temporary Internet Files\OLKA\FT Market Info V1.ppt"

I tried saving attachemt to file into desktop and open but it will not open.

Can some one help in this issue.

That folder may be full, go into it (it's hidden you you'll have to unhide
folders and files first) and delete all the old items in there except the one
you want to open.

problem solved.

Installed office sp2.
