Can't open Outlook easily or it freezes when open for long.

Have Outlook 2003 at the office. Co-worker has to reboot computer when he
wants to use the desktop icon to open Outlook. Then after he has it open for
very long it freezes. Any ideas?
 
How large is the PST file? We get some major problems here when a PST file
gets too large (~2 GB). Just a quick thing to check. Other than that I'd
say to do a complete scan of that PC for virus/spyware and check the task
manager for any odd-looking programs that may be running as well as checking
your performance tab.
