Can't open new URL...HELP!!!!

When I use the "file open" from the drop down task bar in
Internet Explorer. I get the following [this time I tried
ESPN]: http://vrape.hardloved.com/top/search.php?
id=2&s=www.espn.com
So, every time I do this I always get
the "http://vrape.hardloved.com/top/search.php?id=2&s"
part.
Obviously some porn site has grabbed this feature. How do
I get rid of it. I've tried everything including
reinstalling IE 6 [which I have the latest version -- and
I have made all of the updates.
If you have had this problem please give me specific
instructional help. I asked this a few days ago and got
sent to a very confusing page.
