Can't open my "my documents" Folder HEEELPP!!

the thing is i reinstaled xp . due to some system folder
probs.. and i later i found out that my account have been
removed but .. my documents are still in the "documents
and settings foler" but i cannot open it .. it says
access denied ...
please if any one have any idea how to open that folder
i'd be greatfull if u cud Hellppppppp!.
