can't open more than two IE browsers

I can't open more than two IE browsers. It gives me an
error message and closes it.
When I click "debug", it opens C++ debugger and gives
this error message.

Unhandled exception at 0x01092156 in iexplore.exe:
0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x010f5978.

anyone knows about this problem? and how to slove it?
