After a recent automatic update from Microsoft was installed during the night
my Outlook 2003 won't allow me to open any link included in any email. When
I click on any link in any email I get the following error message: "This
operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.
Please contact your system administrator." Of course, there is no "system
administrator" as this is my home computer, using Window XP Home Edition and
Office 2003, Small Business Edition. Any idea of how to free my computer
from the "restrictions in effect on this computer"?
