Can't open hyperlinks in Outlook emails...

Hey,
For some reason, lately, I have not been able to open up ANY hyperlinks in a
Microsoft Outlook email. Whenever I click the links I receive the following
message:
"The operation has been cancelled due to restrictions set on this computer.
Please contact your system administrator."

I have reset the web settings for all the zones, and I cannot figure it out.
I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling Office, loosing all my Address
Book in the process. PLEASE help! Thanks a lot...

Go to Set programme access and defaults.
Click custom. select programme for default. Check enable access to this
programme. select OK, then all should work alright
