I don't know what happened or if I did something to change something, but I'm
just now having a problem with downloads. When I go to download anything, I
get the 'File Download' box asking 'Do you want to open or save this file?' I
can either click 'Open' or 'Save' or 'Cancel' When ever I click 'Open' either
winzip or winrar opens up, or what ever program the file is, and it opens up
blank with no files. Then sometimes I get an error box - 'Error: Cannot open
C:\Documents and Settings\X\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.IE5\X\filename' I don't know what happened because I've always
been able to 'Open' files to just check what's inside, and now I can't. Does
anyone know if there is any settings that I could change that would fix this?
Thanks

My Info:
- Windows XP Pro SP2
- IE v6.0
- ZoneAlarm Pro

*PROBLEM FIXED*

- My 'Temporary Internet Files' in 'Local Settings' got messed up as it
wouldn't create valid cache. I had to take the 'Temporary Internet Files'
from 'NetworkService' and replace my users.
