can't open file

I have win XP SP2, was looking through my documents, saw a file I didn't
recognize & tried to open it. Windows looked it up via FILExt and it wasn't
found.. Properties says file created 10/4/06 @ 6.59 pm, modified 10/4/06
7:00 pm--pretty recent. Unknown application, 46 bytes.
, then noted "This file came from another computer and might be blocked to
help protect this (my) computer"

I'm a computer dummy, but is this something I should worry about? The file
is:

sig.jsp_pc_ZSzeb063_pp_ZU

Control Panel > Folder options
View tab > Uncheck "Hide know extensions"
Click OK

Tell us the name of FIle including extension.Try :
Right click file > Properties> Unblock.
