Can't open certain attachement

Hi,

I can't open all email attachment that are
named "resume.doc". It seems to work fine with other file
name except this. Any solution for this please?

Can you save the file to your hard drive and open it from there?

No I cant even save it. It says "Outlook could not save
the file".
and when i tried to open it, it says "Can't create
file:resume.doc. Right click the folder you want to create
the file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut
menu to check your permissions for the folder."

Which folder should i go to? and what exactly should i do?
