Can't open Catagories in Outlook Mail

When I try and open the catagory folder in Outlook 2003 mail, I have started
getting the message "THe operation failed. An object can not be found". Does
anyone know how to fix the error. It used to work but some recent update
messed it up. I also installed the Microsoft Beta toolbar??????? Is this the
problem. I have deleted it but did it leave traces messing up Outlook?
