Can't open attachments

When I open a mesage on Outlook Express the message opens but when I click
to open the attachments. I get a message that there is "No Preview
Available". I obviously have blocked something to stop the attachments from
opening. Would appreciate any advice and help regarding opening these
attachments. Some attachments do open without the message "No Preview
Available" Thanks for any help . I'm an old critter and don't know a lot
about computers. Thanks for any help.

Click in OE on Tools --> Security --> and clear de box of attements.
