Cant open Adobe pdf file.

Hi All,
I try many times to download adobe reader after successfully finish I still
cant open file. Show error message "adobe reader 8.1 has encounter a problem
and need to close. Ask whether want to send error report or not to tell
microsoft about this problem.

Please help. Tks.

I'd uninstall it completely, reboot, start over. If that doesn't help, try
an Adobe forum for help....or try a nicer/leaner PDF reader, such as Foxit
Reader (free). Adobe has become bloatware, no question about it.

Start Adobe and go to help and find repair. Then update it then reboot and
things should be better? Worked for me.

Might be sharing problem. PDF reader is a well-known program that
doesn't terminate its process though you exit. You may need to kill
process by hitting ctrl+alt+del.
