Can't open Add/Remove Programs

Felix

Please, anyone help me on this.
I can't open Add/Remove Programs and instead i get this
message:
Parser Message:
Value creation failed "at line 472

I don't know if the problem is old or just since
yesterday when I tried to get rid of Kazaa after running
Spybot S&D and it gave me the results of the spyware i
had. So when i decided to uninstall Kazaa and went to
Control Panel, clicking on Add?remove Prog didn't work at
all and gave me that message. Did I delete something
important when I ran Spybot? I put in the recovery folder
of Spybot the spyware that comes with Kazaa just in case
it wouldn't work and then restored them when I realized
about this problem although I did got rid of some other
spyware. I tiried system restore to 2 days earlier and
the problem was still there so I undid System Restore too
and still have the problem.
Someone help me on this.
