Can't open a personal folder

I closed a personal folder that I had created in Archive Folders and now
don't see how to reopen it. It has disappeared from the Folder list.

You can add new outlook files by going to File | Open | Outlook data file.
It will be something like that depending on the version of outlook you're
using.
