can't log on locally (any account) after repair

Hello,

I've just went through a repair of Windows XP
Professional. I've tried to log on using all of the
accounts on the machine and it will not allow me access.
It will say login on then a few seconds later it will
say "saving settings" and then not do anything.

There are a number of unix based tools that you can boot
from and will allow you to bypass windows security and
change your password. Let me know if you have any trouble
finding one.
