ONce i get to wall paper, it would just all of a sudden start loggin me off
and just goes back to the login menu.

This all started to happen when i restored my computer with teh system

Try tapping f8 when the computer is booting up and choosing "Last known Good
configuration ...." from the Windows Advanced Options Menu.

Failing that, insert a Windows CD, if you have one, and choose Repair to
use the Recovery Console. From here you can use the "chkdsk" command to
check & repair the drive. Also you can disable / enable particular
problematic services using the "enable / disable" command. "Listsvc" lists
available services and their startup types.
