Can't log back in to Vista!!!!

I was moving some folders in Outlook 07 and suddenly lost power. (I think
lightning)
Vista Ultimate keeps logging me out everytime I try to sign back in...
What can I do to get back in as me?!?!?!? Please Help!!!

Have you tried the recovery options yet?

Restart the computer and start tapping the F8 key, until you see a menu on a
black screen. Use the arrow keys to select the Last Known Good option and
press Enter.

Let us know if this works.
