Cant Load Programs ????

Help, When I try to install on Xp this happens> C:\windows\autoexec.net.the
system file is not suitable for running ms –dos and microsoft applications.
Choose close to terminate the application.

My 8 year old is heartbroken in not being able to load his new Cd's.
