cant install xp upgrade

the install tells me there's a bloking conflict with the
fax program. i am unable to find this program in the
computer. any ideas??
 
Try search in 98,type:FAX or comunication utilitys,then delete them,you can alway
install xp cd,boot to cd,install xp.You'll end up having xp reformat the hd and wipin
out 98,but then xp wouldnt need any of that software anyway.
