Can't install W2000 from a USB-CDROM

I have tried to install w2000 pro from a USB-CDROM and I
have had this error:

At the beginning it stars well, the screen goes blue, at
the top it says "Windows 2000 Setup" and at the bottom it
says "Set up is loading files....". It goes like that
around 5 minutes loading several controllers, drivers,
adapters and files, .... after that, the bottom display
changes to "Set up is starting Windows 2000" and suddenly
the installation stops with the next stop error: "STOP:
0x0000007B (0xF2463848,0xC0000034,0x00000000,0x00000000)
INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE

Does anybody have any idea? TKS

PS: Yes, I have changed the FIRST BOOT DEVICE to USB-CDROM
in the ADVANCED BIOS FEATURES...

You didn't mention the drive controller (possibly SCSI, or ultra DMA, or
ATA100, or raid, or serial ATA), but you may need to boot the Windows 2000
setup disks or CD-Rom and *F6* very early and very important (at setup is
inspecting your system) in the setup to prevent drive controller detection,
and select S to specify additional drivers. Then later you'll be prompted to
insert the manufacturer supplied Windows 2000 driver for your drive's
controller in drive "A"

If you wait and then S to specify additional drivers, then it may be too
late as Windows 2000 Setup at this point may have already assigned the
resources your drive's controller is wanting to use.
