Can't install update

I have 1 important Windows update that will not install over the past few
days. It is the Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager (KB935569)
update. It gets about half way through the install then fails with an error
Code 779. I click on the Help link and it takes me to about a dozen
possible solutions ... none of which are exactly for Code 779.

I have tried all the things they suggested including restarting Office
Source Engine (OSE), Windows Update Service and deleting temporary files,
and Background Intelligent Transfer Service.

I also turned off my Kaspersky A/V program to give it a try. Nothing seems
to get it done.

Any help appreciated,

Did you manage to get this sorted, as I too am having exactly the same problem
