Cant install update KB946648

Hi there,cant install update KB946648,but I have no problems installing other
updates,at the moment is only this one,Iam running Windows XP prof,SP3

Alternatively, you can UNinstall Windows Messenger 4.7 and forget about
installing KB946648.
