can't install service pack 2

cannot install service pack 2 from net or cd,
also cannot install sp3 into windows office xp profeessional
 
Since you can't install either, it is probably something with Windows
Installer. Please try one of the Window XP newsgroups.

Win XP? If so ask in a Windows XP newsgroup or search at
groups.google.com.
