Can't install Oracle

I Can't install Oracle Data Base
The installer failed, i was trying to install oracle 8.1.7 Personal Edition,
works in XP, but on Windows Vista failed when the installer starts the
database creation.

Here's some things you can try:

- Right-click on the install EXE, and click Run As Administrator.

or

- Right-click on the install EXE
- Click Properties
- Click the Compatibility tab
- Click "Run this program in compatibility mode for:"
- Click OK
