Can't install OpenNETCF? Please help me

I can't successfully install the OpenNETCF v1.3.
There is always an error that "InstallUtiLib.dll:Unknown error in
CorBindToRuntimeHost(0x80131700)."
I have installed Vistual Studio 2005 on my PC.
Who can tell me how to solve this problem?

OpenCFNet is for CF.NET 1.x so you have to have the SDK for 1.x
installed on your system I think. Don't know if that's related to the
installer issue, I didn't have a problem installing it.
